You don't enter the two 1099-C forms separately. You add them together. On the screen where you enter the amount of canceled debt it says "If you have more than one 1099-C, add the numbers from each one together and enter the totals below." See the screen shot below.
Canceled debts are not shown separately on your tax return. The tax return shows only the total amount of canceled debt, on Schedule 1 line 8c.
Although not supported in the interview section of TurboTax, depending on what version you are using, you can add the additional 1009-C using "Forms Mode". (In TurboTax Desktop switch to "Forms Mode", Click on Forms, Type l\in Form 1099-C in the search box (top left side of screen.)
These Forms 1099-C will be reported separately to the IRS, as required.
You can also add them together as described in the post by rjs above. The directions shown below, from TurboTax interview process, in yellow state if you have more than one you can add them together.
