How do I see itemized 1099R forms that I submitted after my taxes are done? I may have forgotten to upload one.

I had a 1099R that I think I forgot to include and can't tell where it should show up on my tax documents. I am worried that I need to file an amended return, but don't want to do that if I already uploaded it. Is there anywhere to access the turbotax questionnaire that I completed prior to submitting my taxes.

There will be individual Form 1099-R worksheets and a Form 1099-R Summary page included in the PDF download if you use Print Center and the option for all worksheets.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
