How do i report my early retirement payment i received while living in florida on my florida state return?

Florida does not have a state income tax.  You do not file a Florida state return.

So since my 1099R days Florida in the state section how do i pay taxes on this money?  Do i have to?  How do i get my Utah state to go through without telling the state i paid taxes on the money?

If you received money from this form 1099-R while you were a resident of Florida, there is no state tax on this amount. You can list the state as Florida on your Utah return.

If i remember correctly Florida was not a choice in the drop down box in that part of the Utah return.. if i'm correct, how do i go about with the Utah state return?

Then you do not specify the state on the Utah return as Florida has no income tax
