If you took an early distribution from a SIMPLE IRA within the first two years, the code in box 7 of your Form 1099-R will be "S". The FAQ below provides a complete list of 1099-R box 7 distribution codes.

How do I find my MAGI? All answers I've found so far are vague. Shouldn't there be simple instruction like.. take line 11 from 1040 and add lines 2a & 3a?
