How do I enter two 5498 forms?

<P>I have two 5498 IRA contributions this year. One is a conversion and one is a contribution. Apparently Turbotax will only let me fill out one form. What do I do?</P>

Form 3853, This form asks for an ECN number in which I already entered. When I go to submit it keeps bringing me back to the same page. What am i missing?
