How do I delete a 1099-B that was uploaded into TurboTax 2023

Using the TurboTax online editions -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

I am not using TT online, it is loaded on my Mac. How do I Do it there?

Click on Forms.  On a Mac I think it is on the top left of the desktop screen. 

When in Forms mode the Form 1099-B will be listed on the left side.  Click on the 1099-B to open.  At the bottom of the screen click on the Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.

I tried to delete the 1099-b that was uploaded in TT 2023, but when I clicked on the “delete” icon, the screen just froze.

Also, I created a new 1099-b entry that I made a mistake on, and I can delete that one either.

Are you using TurboTax Online?  If so, are you able to remove the entries by using Delete a form?

 Follow these steps.

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
• Click on Tools.
• Click on Delete a form.
• Find the form listed and click Delete to the right.
