How do I add my California State Teachers Retirement 1099R in the Wages and Income section of my tax return?

I have been retired for more than 10 years and it always shows up in the income and wages. Now it's missing and there is no way to add it back in.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
