You can delete an IRA distribution from the Wages and Income Section of TurboTax Online Follow the instructions below:

Open TurboTax
Select Federal Taxes
Select Wages and Income
The IRA income that you want to delete should be listed, select ADD/Edit
Select the trash can next to the IRA distribution that you want to delete.
