How can I add a penalty I received in my 1099-Interest form, box 2. The penalty was added because it was part of identity theft?

I was charged a penalty on a 2024 CD interest form that was withdrawn early last year because of identity theft. Can you help me with instructions to find Form schedule1, line 17?

Just enter it in box 2 when you enter the 1099INT. Couldn't you find box 2? You have to check the box below box 1 that says "My form has info in more than just box 1." That's all you do. It will automatically go to Schedule 1 line 18.
