Hi- I took $130,000 from IRA on 10/22/20 to help but a house, and put $130,000 back into IRA 11/10/20. Do I need to report this and if yes, where do I report it?

You should have received a Form 1099-R from the plan administrator for the withdrawal.

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

The deposit back into the IRA is a rollover and you must indicate that when entering this Form 1099-R.
