Help with ttx payment system...

I have installed ttx 2024 Premier in my windows 11 laptop. The program can't process my credit card info when trying to purchase their protection service if audited. I talked to the help desk for literally 3 hours with no solution. Has anyone experiencing the same problem? I am mostly concerned in case my e-file payment for my state return is not processed. On the subject, could I pay ttx for processing my state return with by bank account?

Any help/comment is appreciated.

Are you getting an error after entering your credit card info, or does the payment window not open for you?  If the payment window doesn't open, here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs, since that may be a connectivity issue.  

If you get an error after entering your payment info, try changing the street address to '123 Main Street' leaving everything else the same.  If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your  Cache and Cookies between attempts.
