Hello, I qualified for Foreign Income Exclusion in 2019 and will continue in 2020. How does that affect my contributions to a ROTH 401k? Anything I should be aware of?

Yes. For Roth IRA purposes, your AGI is modified to add back any foreign earned income exclusion and/or foreign housing exclusion that you claimed.
