Has anyone had a technical issue when entering an IRA? Specifically the box to check Roth IRA will not stay unchecked.

TurboTax automatically marking the Roth IRA box implies that you you have entries in the Roth IRA section of the IRA Information Worksheet, you have a Roth IRA contribution reported on the IRA Contributions Worksheet, or you've entered a Form 1099-R that has code J, T or Q in box 7.  I suggest reviewing these worksheets and any Forms 1099-R that you entered.
