Why My 2018 FORM 1099-G of California state refund listed as $3,638 but Turbo taxes showed as $36,380 instead (10 times my actual refund)?

Thanks Anita!  BUT, I had, indeed, entered $3,638 as my refund and, yet, TurboTax insisted my refund as $36,380.  When I tried various amounts as my refund and each time, TurboTax, returned a different amount as my refund amount.  A Turbo Tax bug?  For example, I entered my refund as 0 and turbo tax stated my refund as $32,742; I entered my refund as $10,000 turbo tax returned $42,742 as my refund.  Why???  Please help!
