Form 8960 is using my social security benefits to calculate Net Investment Income Tax. Anyone have this problem?

@geshaw what is the problem? all your line items are correct.  

the tax is based on the investment income OR (MAGI - $200,000).  and that is what is occurring. 

the taxable portion of SS and the IRA distributions are both part of MAGI.  There is no error here.
