For electronic filing and payment of PA stae returns do the 1099R forms have to be submitted?

I have filed my PA tax return as well as paid balance due electronically.  the instruction sheet  does not indicate that anything else has to be submitted; however, the PA tax forms indicate that copies of the 1099 R forms should be submitted.  If so, where/how?

UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

No - If you filed your return electronically, you do not have to send in paper copies of your 1099-R to either PA or the IRS.
