Our income exceeded what we based estimated taxes for 2023. How can we submit an additional payment with our final quarter payment to avoid a penalty?

Go to this IRS payment website and use Direct Pay for a 2023 estimated tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/payments

Either cross out the  amount on the 1040ES slip and write in a new amount.  Or you can pay directly on the IRS website. Be sure to pick 2023 1040ES payment
