It is asking the amount of your tax liability. How much was your total tax bill?

You Federal Tax Liability for 2018 is your Total Taxes that you owe the IRS. You can find it on line 15 of your return.

You may be asked for your 2018 AGI (Adjusted Gross Income), you can find this on Line 7:
