ok....Yeah, if you <Tab> to those lines, just one digit.
.....but if you go past, it you can go back and correct the entry.
Doubt software folks are going to do anything about that.

If you like tabbing (I never use it, but I'm not a data entry whiz)
.....if you don't have too many more entries, perhaps double-tab to fill in just the "Description" on each extra line, and then go back and fill in the $$.
on my Windows 10 Desktop Premier?
(or are you using a MAC?)
I didn't find a problem with it......maybe some kind of scrolling issue after putting in the 12th line?

I also tried it on one of the lines in the Medical Worksheet.
I used Forms Mode.....and created a new Supp Det worksheet and got thru at least 14 lines OK.

I am using TurboTax Premier 2022 on Windows 10. Open supporting details for a line that is currently empty. Type anything into the description box, and then tab to the amount box and type a number with more than one digit. Tab to the next line, and repeat. When you get to the amount box for the 12th line, the program accepts only the first digit you type and ignores all other digits. If you were able to type more than a single digit into the amount box on the 12th line, you may have scrolled before you tried to type into the amount box on the 12th line.

Yes, what you have found is consistent with what I am experiencing. As long as I can remember to tab past the amount box on the 12th line and then shift-tab back to it, I can get around this software error. The same problem exists for all lines beyond the 12th line.
A programming error that is so easily and reliably repeatable should be very easy for Intuit to find and correct, but I don't know how to reach anyone at Intuit to report software errors.
Well, you can report it if you want to get it logged for a future enhancement/fix etc.:
