I've done several energy improvements on my home, all that come with an energy tax credit. What documentation do I need to file to assure the credits are reflected on my 2025 tax return?

You have not mentioned the specific improvements you made.   For some energy credits you may need a manufacturer tax credit certification statement.   For others, just saving your receipt(s) is sufficient.
