If at the time of the distribution you had reached age 59½ or became disabled and had the Roth IRA for at least 5-years, you do not need Form 8606. Otherwise, your Roth IRA distribution is required to be reported on Form 8606 Part III.
TurboTax is presently implementing the changes to Form 8606 published by the IRA on February 2 and is projecting that the changes to TurboTax's Form 8606 will be ready for filing sometime on February 15.
