No.  If Social Security is your ONLY income you do not have to file a tax return.

No.  If your child is receiving SS (survivor benefits, etc.) you do not enter it on your own tax return.

No, if Social Security benefits was your only income in 2017, you do not have to file an income tax return as @xmasbaby0 previously stated. However, if you received any additional income from other sources then, you would have to pay federal income tax on part of your benefits.
