Do I enter the 1099-SA forms?

Yes, these represent distributions from a Health Savings Account.  They may be taxable as income unless they were spent for qualified medical expenses.

 

Go to Deductions and Credits > Medical > 1099-SA, HSA, MSA to get started.  Or see the following TurboTax help article for instructions:
