Constantly getting "Enterprise SSO Corporate User ID" login prompt on random topics

I am logged in, authorized and all of that. When I click on messages to read them, randomly I'll get the "Enterprise SSO Corporate User ID" prompt screen, and cannot read the message thread! And randomly it WILL work and I CAN read the thread.

It's frustrating to find the topics I'm interested in and having a 50/50 chance that I'll actually be able to read it. What is going on? This seems to be a long-running issue, I've seen other posts from other people a year ago having the same problem. Will this be addressed and resolved? Thanks!

Many things have been corrected in the latest updates to TurboTax. Are you still experiencing this problem?
