I did not close or rollover a Roth IRA. Just a partial withdrawal. 70 years old, had the Roths for decades.

Click the Continue button on the Your 1099-R Entries page and in the follow-up answer Yes when TurboTax asks if you had any Roth IRAs "open" at year-end.
