Clarification of interview question, "Did you inherit the IRA from XXX XXX Bank?"

Well, I inherited the IRA. I inherited it from my father, but not from the Bank. How am I supposed to answer? Yes or No? 

If the question were, "Did you inherit the IRA?" or "Did you inherit the XXX XXX Bank IRA", I would know to answer "Yes".

Answer Yes.   It just wants to know if you inherited the IRA.  It is confusing wording!

Thank you, TurboTaxIrene!. I originally had answered "no" a few days ago, but it had lump the beneficiary IRA together with my personal IRA and its basis. Not good.  

I deleted the original 1099-R data, re-entered it, answered "yes" to that question, and now it is behaving properly.
