Cannot activate my TurboTax 2023. It took up one license count and keep asking to activate again when I restart the TurboTax after the activation process. Please help.

When I tried to install TurboTax on my second computer, I went through the activation process and it took 1 license count.  However, when I restart the TurboTax after activation, it ask me to activate again.  I am not sure if I want to go through the activation process again to consume another license count on the same computer.  Please help.
