Sure. Retired persons can use TurboTax.

You can report pension income using TurboTax using every edition, including the Free Edition.

If you don't want or need additional services, you must decline whenever prompted.

If you have a tax situation the program can't handle (rental or investment income) you may need to upgrade to Deluxe, Premier, or Self-Employed, for which there is a charge.
