Can i find the section that tells me how much my taxes will reduce if my wife opens a ROTH IRA?. It came up once and now I can't find it.

Roth IRA's are not deductible and contributions will not lower your taxable income.

But you might qualify to get Retirement Savings Contributions Credit (Saver’s Credit). Please see this information below:
