By choosing "I converted some or all of my IRA to a Roth IRA" do I also have to fill out a ROTH addition/deposit of those funds or is that implied through that selection?

No, you don't need to enter a Roth IRA contribution separately. It is implied by the answer you referenced.

A Conversion or Rollover is not a new contribution.   Don’t enter it again under Deductions.  Only enter it from the 1099R.
