Our Form 10099-R s for pensions from Dow chemical do not have any entry in Box 7. The program will not let me advance without this info. In previous years not required

A 1099-R has to have box 7 entry because that code defines how the distribution is to be treated. See the link below for a list of codes. If your pension is a normal distribution without any other characteristics, it is a code 7.
