I've entered data from my 2024 1099-B manually for the individual sales with the Quantity, Acquired Date, Sale Date, Proceeds, Cost Basis and all for long term should show up with Box D checked. Many are showing up as Box F, Long term sales not reported to the IRS. Plus not all the individual sales are shown on the worksheet forms.
Plus, all of the sales of the Form 1099-B Worksheet step by step show up as needing review. My first entry has a wash sale. That one and all the others have no Fed or State income tax withheld and they are tax-free. I've reviewed them and find no issues.

I just entered some stock sales in Premier as Long-term, basis reported, and they displayed correctly on the Form 8949 with Box D checked. A wash sale also displayed correctly. I did not get any "Needs Review" messages.
You might go back to the entry screen in step-by-step and choose Edit for these sales. Make sure you selected the right choice from the drop-down menu. The choice for Long-term, basis not reported is just under the choice for Long-term, basis reported.
Another tool you can use to check your entries in Desktop versions is My Tax Data. This is accessible from the top bar menu under Tools. My Tax Data will display all user entries.
If you are using a Mac device, please respond in this thread and we can check to see if there is an issue there.
See the IRS Instructions for Form 8949 for more information.
