The page for adding RMDs to my retirement income seems lost

I have already listed 20 individual funds and need to add 3 more but i can't access the page to do this

20 1099-R forms is the limit.

If you have several forms and the box 7 codes are the same and there is no box 4 withholding then you can combine the totals of the other boxes and report as a single 1099-R.
