I moved in 2025. Should the address entered in Turbo Tax for my 1099-R/s match the address on the 1099-R (old address) or my new address?

The old address on your 1099-R won’t affect your return.
You should use your new/current address in the personal information section of TurboTax to ensure you receive IRS correspondence.
While the 1099-R form itself shows your old address, you should enter the box numbers (amounts) exactly as they appear on the form.
It is acceptable for the address on the 1099-R to differ from the address on your tax return. The address on your tax return and the address on the Form 1099-R do not have to match. The address on Form 1099-R has no effect on your tax return.
Make sure to enter the financial figures (Box 1, 2a, 4, etc.) exactly as shown on the form.
