What kind of 1099? They have until Jan 31 to send it to you for most things. Investments have until Feb 15 to send out the 1099s. Just keep waiting. Maybe you can go online and get a copy of the 1099. I did for my Vanguard Accounts. I'm still waiting for some bank 1099s and retirement 1099R.
