If your Card is permanently lost, it is important that you call Customer Service at 1.800.240.8100 (TTY: 1.800.241.9100) to report your lost or stolen Card immediately. Your Card will be deactivated to prevent anyone from using it and a new1 replacement Card will be ordered.
I finally got in touch with a Rep. at Netspend and I was told they didn't have a account under my name that ends with the last 4 digits of the account thats on the IRS website and I dont recognize the account number so what do i do ?
I never filed taxes and I finally got to speak to a Rep a Netspend and they couldn't find a account in there system with that account number so now what do I do because I dont recognize the account number that is posted on the IRS get my payment so Im not sure what to do

I called the IRS no one is answering and online it states that they cant change the direct deposit information so im nit sure what to do
