My stimululs check shows on IRS that it was deposited to my turbo tax card 2 days ago but there is no deposit in my acct

I got my refund on the turbo tax card so automatically before I could change it, my stimulus was sent there. On the IRS tool, it says they sent my check to my acct that is linked to the turbo card. States it was deposited 2 days ago yet there isn't even a pending deposit on my acct and since I cannot get anyone on the phone or chat, please assist. IRS says if I do not see my deposit to call my banking institution but you have shut your phones and chat down so I have no way to do that now. Please let me know if there is a way to at least verify that the money is on its way.

It depends. It may take a few days for the deposit to be accessible. From what you are describing, it appears you do have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card. So, there is nothing more you can do without reaching Green Dot on the phone. You could ask them for a paper check instead, but that could take another 14-21 days to mail.

I am in the exact same situation as you..and i have tried everything to get answers. and the response from this tax professional on this page is not helpful..at least not to me. i tried calling greendot to ask them about if the stimulus check was pending on their end as well but of course they want me to enter in my greendot card number..which i do not have, i have the turbotax card. and there was no option to just enter in the greendot account number associated with ur turbocard. Everything was automated too..i was unable to get an actual person on the phone and none of the automated options there was had nothing to do with helping u look up an account not associated with their own greendot card. This is extremely frustrating, and i hate to be this way, but turbotax's tax specialists have not given not one helpful response to any of these questions throughout all of the feeds ive looked into throughout multiple chats regaurding stimulus payments. I need them to tell me a solid answer. impossible

depends on What???? what does it depend on? u said "from what ur describing it seems like u have acess to ur turbotax debitcard".. what does that have to do with the question? and please do tell...what should we do to get greendot on the phone? and how do we find out information on our account and how to see what may or may not be pending?

update!!! i just tried reaching greendot ( per tax expert KathrynG3's  advise) and they said that they can not help and directed me right back to the turbocards number where guess what??? no answers or help whatsoever!! What are you even doing giving advice on this stuff if u have no clue what ur actually talking about? The fact that u would actually give this type of advise is unacceptable. This is unbelievable and i will never ever use ur services again and will make sure to let anyone who asks or doesnt to not use turbotax as well.

This is actually what I've been going thru for the past couple days. Can't contact a single human for a real response & the automated response never has anything to do with my question. Good luck. Hope you get some answers as well.

Irs has been tracking my check that was sent to greendot card that I have never received from intuit turbo tax how do I get my card from you so I can finally have my stimulus money too
