update!!! i just tried reaching greendot ( per tax expert KathrynG3's advise) and they said that they can not help and directed me right back to the turbocards number where guess what??? no answers or help whatsoever!! What are you even doing giving advice on this stuff if u have no clue what ur actually talking about? The fact that u would actually give this type of advise is unacceptable. This is unbelievable and i will never ever use ur services again and will make sure to let anyone who asks or doesnt to not use turbotax as well.
