I am in the exact same situation as you..and i have tried everything to get answers. and the response from this tax professional on this page is not helpful..at least not to me. i tried calling greendot to ask them about if the stimulus check was pending on their end as well but of course they want me to enter in my greendot card number..which i do not have, i have the turbotax card. and there was no option to just enter in the greendot account number associated with ur turbocard. Everything was automated too..i was unable to get an actual person on the phone and none of the automated options there was had nothing to do with helping u look up an account not associated with their own greendot card. This is extremely frustrating, and i hate to be this way, but turbotax's tax specialists have not given not one helpful response to any of these questions throughout all of the feeds ive looked into throughout multiple chats regaurding stimulus payments. I need them to tell me a solid answer. impossible
