I entered my info and nothing has changed. Still says can't determine eligibility. So frustrating. I'd feel better if i saw they was mailing it. Or at least just recognize I'm alive. I filed 2018 & 2019 TurboTax left 8962 out. So i had to fax that. I will never use TurboTax again. Wont recommend it to no-one

i have been trying ti enter my dd info since they opened it...i still yet have been able to successfully do so. I enter my info and it tells me the info they have isnt enough to verify my eligibility! When i know i am eligible! So not only can i not enter my dd infi but it wont tell me anything neither! 😒 very frustrating! And nobody will answer calls. I even pd the extra to turbo tax for their deluxe package to have their help and backup anytime needed...no kucm getting them ti answer neither

I updated my DD info over a week ago and still haven't received any information other than the non-filers was accepted. Irs2go and the website itself both don't help at all. Irs2go says info doesn't match and the website says "cannot be processed" or whatever the hell it says. 

Tl;Dr- I entered DD info over a week ago and no stilimulis return or even confirmation that one will be on its way... @Dtayy22

For everyone here, depending on your tax return from this year, here's the paper check mailing schedule........

• Earning $10,000 or less – April 24th
• Earning $20,000 or less – May 1st
• Earning $30,000 or less – May 8th
• Earning $40,000 or less – May 15th
• Earning $50,000 or less – May 22nd
• Earning $60,000 or less – May 29th
• Earning $70,000 or less – June 5th
• Earning $80,000 or less – June 12th
• Earning $90,000 or less – June 19th
• Earning $100,000 or less – June 26th

If you filed jointly, just double the earnings and the dates stay the same.. I feel for you guys, I really do. This is all a bunch of BS. How in the hell could these major companies make such a grevious over-site such as the whole "we make a temporary account for the irs to deposit into then we deposit it to your account, I.E. the irs DOESN'T ACTUALLY HAVE the correct direct deposit information for each individual" or whatever the situation was exactly. How in the f#@& does something like that happen without anybody realizing that might turn out to be an issue? The incompetence is quite literally enough to stagger most people. When I read that I felt like the wind had been knocked out of me, truly.. Good luck guys and gals..

This schedule is not correct. I filed with turbo tax and the used the turbo card. Put in my DD info on the 15th and it said I would get a deposit. Then I checked monday and it said I would be getting a paper check mailed the 24th. I recieved my paper check today and just cashed it with no problems and I made $24,000 last year. Everyone who has recieved a paper check date keep your heads up its coming!!

I agree with the other person who commented to this post...i def wouldnt be posting your personal info! At least not your address and all that bc ppl who are out looking to do harm instead of help will def try use this info!! Be careful what personal info you post for all to see! Bc unless they randomly decide to answer all our questions on here...i highly doubt any TURBO tax worker will even read any of our comments! Only others who may have used turbo tax. Im having issues myself i cannot even sign into the irs website to change my payment method it just says the info they have isn't enough to determine my eligibility. So.. Idk jest have to wait until they decide to collect EVERYONE'S info is what I've read anyway. Hopefully do so asap bc im on a layoff due to covid19 until further notice! Best of luck hun

   Hi. Well I also have the turbo card, and I also went the day the portal opened and had to put in my info. It makes sense that they wouldn't have your DD info if your return was originally sent to some temporary account, and from there TT sends the $$ to your actual turbo card. I entered the checking/routing info from my return, and checked those numbers to what shows up when I log into the turbo card account online. Those would be the same numbers I'd give to an employer so they could DD my check, which according to the turbo card web page is my Green Dot checking account. Everything matches. I don't have a 'brick and mortar' bank. for me there isn't another way to have a DD at all.

   At any rate, the portal has said several things since I entered my info the day it came online. It had accepted my DD info, and said (for a few days) that it would update when it had a payment date. Then it stated I'd have DD on the 24th.  And the day after that, it said (as it has for days) that my check would be mailed on the 24th. So now I wait and see.. Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get paid soon.

Ok I have a question if our DD didn’t go through on our TT debit card because they needed more information..  Why is it that the same address for some of us have on file is the same file as our TT DD?  So my thing is if they sending a paper check to the address with the same DD information on file why couldn’t it just be deposited?

Yes I'm a disabled veteran and a non filer..  i receive disability benefits from the VA. So I used the portal as soon as it came on line Apr. 11th..  got message back within 30 minutes. Stating the IRS has received and except my updated information such as address  bank information and etc... still no payment...  get my payment keeps saying either .y information doesn't match what's in there system or unable to determine eligibility at this time

You have to put the info in exactly as it is on your tax papers even if something is mispelled it has to be that exact way.
