Yes I'm a disabled veteran and a non filer.. i receive disability benefits from the VA. So I used the portal as soon as it came on line Apr. 11th.. got message back within 30 minutes. Stating the IRS has received and except my updated information such as address bank information and etc... still no payment... get my payment keeps saying either .y information doesn't match what's in there system or unable to determine eligibility at this time
