i have been trying ti enter my dd info since they opened it...i still yet have been able to successfully do so. I enter my info and it tells me the info they have isnt enough to verify my eligibility! When i know i am eligible! So not only can i not enter my dd infi but it wont tell me anything neither! 😒 very frustrating! And nobody will answer calls. I even pd the extra to turbo tax for their deluxe package to have their help and backup anytime needed...no kucm getting them ti answer neither
