Hi. Well I also have the turbo card, and I also went the day the portal opened and had to put in my info. It makes sense that they wouldn't have your DD info if your return was originally sent to some temporary account, and from there TT sends the $$ to your actual turbo card. I entered the checking/routing info from my return, and checked those numbers to what shows up when I log into the turbo card account online. Those would be the same numbers I'd give to an employer so they could DD my check, which according to the turbo card web page is my Green Dot checking account. Everything matches. I don't have a 'brick and mortar' bank. for me there isn't another way to have a DD at all.
At any rate, the portal has said several things since I entered my info the day it came online. It had accepted my DD info, and said (for a few days) that it would update when it had a payment date. Then it stated I'd have DD on the 24th. And the day after that, it said (as it has for days) that my check would be mailed on the 24th. So now I wait and see..
