@mamaikish No one can call you from the public user forum you are posting to. Only customer support can resolve a billing issue. It sounds like you might have been confused about what you were purchasing, since with online software you pay separate fees for federal and state. I wonder if you saw a price for the CD/download and confused it with the fee to use online software.
