Why does website keep asking for W-2 from military, when it is already entered?

If the EIN you entered from the W-2 is not recognized as a Military EIN and and you indicated in the My Info section of the program you are active military, then the program will prompt you for the military W-2.

What is the EIN on the W-2 you entered?

Never mind. It isn't working because she's an officer and it will not allow discount for officer's.
