Question is when was I Deployed and I never was in the service and wont let me proceed

You may have indicated in your current TurboTax or in a prior year that you were in the military. To correct that, choose the My Info option on your left menu bar, then edit your personal information where you will see a question that says I am a member or former member of the US Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard.) Change that response to "No".
