Hello,
When I try to e-file at the end of my return I get the following error:
"Correct the taxpayer's physical address information below so that Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC and process your refund.
- The address field can not be a PO box."
I'm military stationed overseas with an APO address with a box number. I went and verified my mailing address under my info and that APO/FPD/DPO address type was selected but I still get this error when trying to e-file my return.
I've been filing with TurboTax for 9 years or so and from an overseas location with the same APO address for 5 of those years and never had this issue before. Is there a way to fix this or has something changed and I'm no longer eligible to e-file?

For some reason you selected the option to pay the TurboTax account fees with your federal tax refund. There is an additional $40 service charge for this option and your federal tax refund is sent to a third party, SBTPG, to subtract the TurboTax account fee and their service charge from the refund before attempting to direct deposit the remainder in your bank.
Remove the pay with refund option and pay the TurboTax account fees with a credit/debit card.

I've always paid with my return and never had this issue before, interesting.
I have served 16 of my years overseas and have also used an FPO address and yes this year they asked for physical street address. Every building on your installation will have a building number and street name/housing area. You either have to contact your housing office or base facilities to get the exact information. It should also be on housing agreement, or lease, and I know it sounds weird because I live on a street that does not have a name only a housing area, but everything was accepted using that address.
