Yes, you can change your rank/pay grade in the "My Info" section (see below). This is used to identify "Enlisted Active Duty and Reserve" members who qualify for the free military filing with TurboTax. As long as you indicate "Enlisted" and choose any enlisted pay grade available in the dropdown menu it doesn't matter otherwise. The "Officer and Warrant Officer" pay grades are not eligible for the free military filing discount.
Be sure after entering your military W2 information to select "Active Duty Military" in the follow on question in that section. This activates the discount.

I suspect that when you said "Chief" you mean you are now in Warrant Officer ranks.
IF you haven't already noticed, the W-1 to W-4 selections are in the Officer ranks.
Ther is only a software discount for the officer ranks.
