Can someone tell me if I mark yes on "Lived in another state during 2019" due to military we lived in 3 different states but home of record is South carolina?

Yes, you will indicate you lived in other states for 2019 while your residence state remains SC.  Depending on the states involved, you may or may not need to file in the those other states.  TurboTax will help you figure that out as you progress through the interview questions.
