I am active-duty military. I am filing my 2023 Taxes. I moved to Georgia form Alabama in January 2023. However, my Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) didn't get changed and reflects taxes paid to Alabama. How do I enter in on Turbo Tax.

It appears DFAS has your home of record as Alabama (AL). As such AL taxes your military pay no matter where you are assigned. Therefore in TurboTax in the "My info" section indicate you are "Military" and "Active Duty". You should select Alabama as your resident state (Home of record). Complete the section interview. This will generate a resident AL state return.
If you have no other income sources, then you will not need to file a GA state return. If you have GA source income (non-military) then in the "My Info" section scroll down to "Other State Income" and answer yes, you had income from another state and select GA. This will generate a GA non-resident return.
Next you will enter your W2 in the "Wages and Income" tab. Enter the form exactly as received with AL info in the state boxes (15-17). On the follow-on page indicate the W2 is an "Active Duty Military" pay.
Complete the federal interviews and then you can begin your state interview(s). If you had GA (non-military) income complete that non-resident return before completing your resident AL return. You will claim a credit on your AL return for income taxed by GA.
Finally if you wish to change your resident state (Home of record) going forward you will need to work with your local finance office.
